By using the bek33 website (bek33.org) or mobile application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bek33. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use gaming services on bek33:

• Each person may register only one account on bek33.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to create separate accounts from the same device or address, they must notify the support team in advance.
• The phone number and email address you provide must be active and belong to you personally.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of another person, or in someone else's name, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bek33 support immediately.

To comply with international financial regulations, bek33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity (Know Your Customer or KYC) in certain circumstances. The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of address (utility bill or other official government document).
• Selfie or video verification (if required).

Bek33 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete. If the required KYC documents are not submitted within 72 hours, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The following deposit methods are currently available on bek33:

• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Bek33 is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect details or sent to the wrong account.
• Bek33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposit and place a hold on it if necessary.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from bek33:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; however, if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.

Bek33 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. By claiming a bonus, the following terms automatically apply:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are typically 10–30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or bank account is prohibited.
• Bek33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• If wagering requirements are not met before a bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bek33's decision is final in any bonus-related dispute. bek33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on bek33:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bek33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any form of fraud will be voided and the associated accounts will be closed.
• A maximum bet limit applies to each event and may vary depending on the type of game.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the time of bet submission will apply.

Bek33 believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We always encourage our users to play responsibly. The following tools are available at any time:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from your account for an extended period.

If bek33 detects suspicious activity, the account will be immediately placed under investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary. All transactions and gaming activity are logged and may be provided in support of legal proceedings when required.

Bek33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• If evidence of fraud, a scam, or suspicious transactions is found.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be available for withdrawal before closure, however any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.

Any dispute between bek33 and a user will be resolved through the following steps:

• Step 1: Contact bek33 directly via support chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved, please complete and submit the formal complaint form. It will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If both parties cannot reach a resolution, the matter may be settled through the mediation of the licensing authority.

Bek33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact our support team to close your account.

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses shall continue to be fully effective. These terms supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
